Gulf Beverly runs civil construction, engineering design and supervision, and refractory installation across the Gulf — with our own trading arm supplying building materials, refractory materials, refractory insulation materials and safety gear.
Gulf Beverly Contracting and Trading Company was formed to close a gap we kept seeing on Gulf industrial sites: the crew doing the construction and the desk sourcing the materials rarely sit in the same company, which slows down turnarounds and shutdowns when both need to move together.
We run as two arms under one roof — a contracting side that handles civil construction, engineering design, supervision and refractory installation, and a trading side that stocks and moves building materials, refractory products, and site safety equipment.
Seven divisions, engaged individually or as one turnkey scope.
From first sketch to final sign-off: engineering, site mobilisation and full drawing packages, carried through by our own site supervision from concept to handover.
Piping, structural steel and process equipment, erected by our own crews and backed by our own stock of mechanical spares, fittings, bearings and consumables.
Castable, brick and gunned refractory lining for kilns, furnaces and potlines, installed by our own crews and backed by our own stock of castables, insulating board, fire brick and anchoring systems.
Foundations, structural concrete, steelwork and site construction, built by our own crews and backed by our own supply of cement, aggregates, steel and finishing materials.
Supervisors to helpers, skilled to semi-skilled — the right crew for the job, staffed by role for short- or long-term site assignment.
PPE, fall-protection, gas detection and site signage — equipping every crew before the first shift starts.
Sourcing and moving industrial goods beyond our core lines, wherever a project calls for it.
Where civil works and heat-resistant construction meet in the Gulf's industrial base.
The same sequence, whether the scope is a new build or a shutdown reline.
Site survey, drawings and a materials spec agreed before mobilisation.
Mechanical, refractory and building materials, plus crews, staged through our own trading arm.
Mechanical, civil and refractory works run under continuous site supervision.
Inspection, punch-list close-out and documentation on completion.
No handoff between the site team and the supply chain — both report to the same project lead.
Installers experienced in castable and brick lining for high-temperature process equipment.
Manpower and materials staged in advance for planned outages, with standby capacity for emergency relines.
Tell us the project and the division — we'll come back with scope and timeline.
